Working with us
When you accept a quote from Birchlift, we agree to deliver the work described in that quote within the timeline stated. Any changes to scope after the quote is accepted may affect price and delivery time, and we will always confirm this with you before proceeding.
Payments
Pricing for fixed-price packages is listed on our site and confirmed in writing before work begins. Custom projects are quoted individually after a short call or email exchange.
Third-party partners
For some services, Birchlift works with vetted partners to deliver parts of a project. You will always deal with one point of contact at Birchlift, and we remain responsible for the quality and delivery of the final work.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables (website, designs, or other assets built for you), except for any third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets used to build them.
Limitation of liability
Birchlift is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the related service.
